Amendment #3 to H4366

Clarifying a program for Latino Elders in Southbridge

Mr. Durant of Spencer moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. Item 7008-0900 of section 2 of chapter 47 of the acts of 2017 is hereby amended by striking out the words “Centro Las Americas Inc.’s Latino Elders Program in the town of Southbridge” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- the Latino Elders Program in the town of Southbridge to be administered by the town of Southbridge.
