Mrs. Haddad of Somerset moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 7061-0012 the following item:

7066-0009For the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE), to remedy the Commonwealth’s annual financial obligation to NEBHE due to a 9C reduction of $183,750 in FY15, and the Legislature’s reduction of $184,500 to the Governor's recommended full funding of $367,500 in FY17. Thus, in total, Massachusetts is $368,250 in arrears to NEBHE and its partner states…………$368,250.
