Amendment #1003 to H4400

Wellesley Square Commuter Rail Station

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2E, in item 1595-6369, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the planning and design necessary to make the Wellesley Square commuter rail station handicap-accessible” ; and in said item by striking out the figures “154,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “155,000,000”.
