New England Community Services’ Mentoring Emerging Youth Adults Program

Mr. Cullinane of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 4800-1100 the following item XXXX-XXXX, “For New England Community Services’ (NECS) Mentoring Emerging Youth Adults (MEYA) Program to continue to work with and provide services for transitional age, at-risk youth ages 16-24 in Massachusetts who are at or nearing the end of their eligibility for state services meant for children including foster care, adolescent mental health and youth not transferring to adult- based services………………................................................................$100,000”
