Centro de Apoyo Familiar Elderly Program Nueva Esperanza

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7035-0002, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $20,000 be expended for the Centro de Apoyo Familiar Elderly Program Nueva Esperanza to provide educational training English as a second language to elders from the City of Lawrence to improve their quality of life and in the areas of language literacy, healthy relationships and social skills".
