Amendment #1025 to H4400

Lawrence Dream Network

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-0150, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $20,000 shall be expended for the Lawrence Dream Network to assist in comprehensive job training opportunities to the underserved, underemployed and unemployed ex-offenders in the city of Lawrence".
