Representatives Ehrlich of Marblehead and Cahill of Lynn move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 22810 – 0100, by adding the following: “Provided further that not less than $50,000 be expended for the testing and treatment of fecal coliform bacteria at the Stacy brook outfall by the water division in the city of Lynn.”
