Amendment #1029 to H4400

Lawrence Safe to School Street Project

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $400,000 be expended for the purpose of constructing an intersection that enhances automobile and pedestrian safety and creates a safe route for students on their way to school in the city of Lawrence".
