Merrimack Valley Public Safety Youth Center

Mr. Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0005, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Merrimack Valley Public Safety Youth Center in the city of Lawrence".
