Amendment #1043 to H4400

DCAMM Leasing Amendment

Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:-

“SECTION XXXX: Section 35 of chapter 7C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition,  is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 11 and 12, the words, "a term not exceeding 10 years," and inserting in place thereof the following words:- an initial term not exceeding 10 years with two 5-year extensions.

SECTION XXXX: Section 35A of said chapter 7C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out  subsection (b).”.
