Representatives Lawn of Watertown, Whelan of Brewster, Velis of Westfield, Kafka of Stoughton, Campbell of Methuen, McMurtry of Dedham, Puppolo of Springfield, Benson of Lunenburg and Orrall of Lakeville move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7002-0010, by adding the following,  " provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended For the National Guard Association of Massachusetts for the planning and operations of  the one hundred forty second National Guard Association of the United States General Conference to be held August 28 through August 31, 2020".
