Amendment #1047 to H4400

Wellesley Municipal Light Plant/RGGI Funds

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Subsection (b) of section 19 of chapter 25 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “distribution companies”, in each instance, the words “and municipal light plants”.
