Ms. Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 45 the following section: "SECTION XX. Section 27 of chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out after the word “commonwealth” the words: “, but only to persons who have attained the age of 18 years and”; and further moves to amend said section by striking out the second sentence in its entirety; and further moves to amend section 32I of said chapter by striking out in (d) the words: “to persons over the age of 18 pursuant to section 27.”"
