Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting in line item 8324-0000 after the word “academies” the following: “; provided further that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, 100 percent of the amount appropriated in 8100-1001 for the fire investigation unit, which is assigned to the office of the state fire marshal”
