Representatives Mahoney of Worcester, Donahue of Worcester, Muratore of Plymouth, DiZoglio of Methuen, Barrows of Mansfield, McMurtry of Dedham, Gregoire of Marlborough, Murray of Milford, Durant of Spencer, Kelcourse of Amesbury, Campanale of Leicester, Dooley of Norfolk, Rogers of Norwood, Keefe of Worcester, Gordon of Bedford and O'Day of West Boylston move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 4405-2000, in line 14, by inserting after the word “item” the following words: “; and provided further that rates for residential care facilities/Rest Homes effective July 1, 2018, established under section 13D of chapter 118E of the General Laws, shall cumulatively total not less than $5,500,000 more than rates effective October 1, 2017”; and in said item by striking out the figures “220,466,788” and inserting in place thereof the figures “225,966,788”.
