Representatives Wong of Saugus and Cahill of Lynn move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item  7008-0900, in line 7, by inserting after "2019"  the following: “; provided further that not less than $200,000 be expended for the repair of the “Quinn road” water storage tank in the City of Lynn;” and in said item, by striking out the figures “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$363,176”
