Representatives Lawn of Watertown, Benson of Lunenburg, Cahill of Lynn, Campbell of Methuen, Chan of Quincy, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, DiZoglio of Methuen, Garlick of Needham, Garry of Dracut, Kafka of Stoughton, Khan of Newton, McMurtry of Dedham, Naughton of Clinton, O'Day of West Boylston, Orrall of Lakeville, Provost of Somerville, Puppolo of Springfield, Rogers of Cambridge, Vega of Holyoke, Velis of Westfield and Whelan of Brewster move to amend the bill in section 2 in item 1410-0012, by inserting “; provided further, that $1,300,000 shall be expended to Home Base, A Red Sox Foundation and Massachusetts General Hospital Program, for clinical care, education and training in veterans' mental and behavioral health issues, including post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injury, substance use disorder and suicide prevention.”
