MRVP Elderly Public Housing

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill, in item 7004-9005, by striking out the following: “provided, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all housing authorities operating elderly public housing shall offer first preference for elderly public housing units which are vacant on the effective date of this act, and thereafter, to those persons 60 years of age or older as of June 30, 2018 receiving rental assistance from the Massachusetts rental voucher program"
