Franklin Park Youth Programming

Ms. Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to the Franklin Park Coalition for youth environmental conservation and restoration programming in Roxbury, Dorchester, Mattapan, and Jamaica Plain".
