Representatives Cahill of Lynn, Ehrlich of Marblehead and Wong of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 7, by inserting after “2019” the following:  “; provided further that not less than $200,000 be expended to upgrade the water facility GIS data source in the city of Lynn.;” and in said item by striking out the figure “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$363,176”
