Representatives Gentile of Sudbury, Hecht of Watertown, DiZoglio of Methuen, Smizik of Brookline, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Jones of North Reading, Garballey of Arlington, Silvia of Fall River, Ultrino of Malden, Provost of Somerville, Ayers of Quincy, Walsh of Framingham, Khan of Newton, Kafka of Stoughton, McMurtry of Dedham, Gordon of Bedford, Pignatelli of Lenox, Stanley of Waltham, Gregoire of Marlborough, Puppolo of Springfield, O'Day of West Boylston, Connolly of Cambridge, Moran of Lawrence, Benson of Lunenburg, Fiola of Fall River, Ferrante of Gloucester, Garry of Dracut, Vieira of Falmouth, Rogers of Cambridge, Rogers of Norwood, Finn of West Springfield, Muratore of Plymouth, Galvin of Canton, Hill of Ipswich and Tucker of Salem move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-1636, in line 4, by inserting after “program” the following: “provided further that no less than $29,200,000 shall be distributed to the network of local agencies designated pursuant to the criteria established under subsection (c) of section 16 of Chapter 19A of the General Laws to conduct protective services case management”; and in said item by striking out the figures “31,611,680” and inserting in place thereof the figures “34,211,680”.
