Restoring HomeBASE Program Flexibility

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill, in item 7004-0108, by adding after the words “provided further, that a family shall not be deemed ineligible as a result of any single violation of a self-sufficiency plan” the follow words “unless the Department of Housing and Community Development determines it to be a severe single violation, including but not limited to criminal activity, fraud, and destruction of property;”.
