Storm Water Testing

Representatives Cahill of Lynn, Ehrlich of Marblehead and Wong of Saugus move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0401, in line 3, by inserting after “recreation” the following:  “; provided further that not less than $25,000 be expended for storm water testing by the water division in the city of Lynn.;” and in said item by striking out the figure “$430,131” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$455,131”
