Representatives Harrington of Groton and Benson of Lunenburg move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 4, by inserting after "development;" the following: "provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for educational programs at the military museum located in the town of Devens.”
