Amendment #1100 to H4400

Extending the Wellness Program Tax Credit

Mr. McMurtry of Dedham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XXXX.

The Massachusetts wellness program tax credit, as established by Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012, is hereby extended by repealing Section 41A, 56A and 298 of Chapter 224 of the Acts of 2012."
