Recreational Facilities and Zoning

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XX. Section 3 of Chapter 40A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 78 after the word “utilities” the following: “In order for a nonprofit educational corporation to qualify under this section, the primary or dominant use must be for an educational purpose. Furthermore, recreational facilities shall not qualify under this section.”
