Amendment #1124 to H4400

Post-Retirement Earnings of Public Retirees

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill by adding the following three sections:

"SECTION XXX.  Paragraph (b) of section 91 of chapter 32, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 96, 97 and 98 the following words “for not more than nine hundred and sixty hours in the aggregate, in any calendar year”.

SECTION XXX. Paragraph (c) of section 91 of said chapter 32, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 111 and 112 the following words “the number of days or hours which he has been employed in any such calendar year and”.

SECTION XXX. Paragraph (c) of section 91 of said chapter 32, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out in lines 112, 113 and 114 the following words “if the number of hours exceeds nine hundred and sixty, in the aggregate, he shall not be employed, or”.
