Amendment #1134 to H4400

Increase in the Gold Star Annuity

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXX. Section 6B of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended in lines 19, 28 and 35 by striking out the figures “$2,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$2,500”."
