Off-hour and Overtime Elevator Inspections

Representatives Chan of Quincy and Brodeur of Melrose move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7006-0142, by inserting at the end the following: “provided further that the department may establish a separate fee for elevator inspections occurring before or after normal business hours. The department may expend not more than $250,000 in revenues collected from these fees.”

And further move to amend in section 2, in item 7006-0142, by striking out the figures “$13,177,504” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$13,427,504”.
