LLC Initial Filing Fee Reduction

Representatives Cutler of Duxbury, Campbell of Methuen, DeCoste of Norwell, Fernandes of Falmouth, Muratore of Plymouth, Calter of Kingston, Dooley of Norfolk, McKenna of Webster, Provost of Somerville, McMurtry of Dedham, Muradian of Grafton, Kane of Shrewsbury, Kuros of Uxbridge, Vega of Holyoke and Orrall of Lakeville move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"Section X. Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended 761 by striking out, in line 42, the words "five hundred dollars" and inserting in place thereof the following 762 figure:- $250.”
