Amendment #1176 to H4400

Greater Milford Area Regional Substance Abuse and Intervention Program

Representatives Murray of Milford, Dykema of Holliston and Kuros of Uxbridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 23, by inserting after the phrase "chapter 17” the following:

"provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Milford Police Department and the Juvenile Advocacy Group to maintain a regional substance abuse outreach and intervention program in the Greater Milford area;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$137,173,457” and inserting in place thereof the figures:-- “$137,273,457”.
