Medicaid ACO Capitated Rates

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0500, by inserting after the word "conditions" the following:

"; provided further, that MassHealth shall accelerate the timeframe in which lower network variation factor ACOs receive the full market rate in contract year 2019.".
