Representatives Campbell of Methuen, Ferrante of Gloucester, Vargas of Haverhill, Cahill of Lynn, Moran of Lawrence, Walsh of Peabody and Matias of Lawrence move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than 1 new recovery center shall be in Essex County”
