Representatives Campbell of Methuen and Moran of Lawrence move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the office of economic and community development in the city of Methuen for the land acquisition and development of the waterfront on the Merrimack River in the City of Methuen"
