Methuen Stormwater Management Plan

Representatives Campbell of Methuen and Moran of Lawrence move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Methuen for a stormwater management plan for the city of Methuen"
