Early College Opportunities

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 7009-6379 the following item:

"7009-6600 For the development and initial implementation of high-quality yearly college programs; provided, that such programs shall incorporate the guiding principles of designated early college pathways, as developed jointly by the department of higher education and the department of elementary and secondary education; provided further, that priority shall be given to programs that serve students who are currently under-represented in college………….$3,000,000."
