Buzzards Bay Water Quality Monitoring

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Schmid of Westport, Straus of Mattapoisett, Koczera of New Bedford, Markey of Dartmouth, Mahoney of Worcester, Fernandes of Falmouth, Vieira of Falmouth, Peake of Provincetown and Gifford of Wareham move to amend the bill in section 2, item 2200-0100, in line 12, by inserting after the word “commonwealth”, the following: “and provided further, that not less than $125,000 shall be expended by the Buzzards Bay Coalition for a coastal water quality and natural resource monitoring program in Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound.”
