Amendment #1252 to H4400

Design work for the renovation of the Police Department and Department of Public Works in the town of Belmont

Mr. Rogers of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following words: “; and provided, further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for the continued schematic design work for the renovation of the Police Department and Department of Public Works buildings in the town of Belmont.” ; and in said item by striking out the figures “$3,400,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures $3,475,000.”
