Frasca Field Facilities

Mr. Miceli of Wilmington moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in line item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “that not less than $200,000  shall be expended for the planning, engineering and construction of bathroom facilities at Frasca Field in the town of Tewksbury."
