Amendment #1267 to H4400

SuAsCo Water Quality Monitoring Program

Representatives Hogan of Stow, Dykema of Holliston, Benson of Lunenburg, Gregoire of Marlborough, Walsh of Framingham, Lewis of Framingham, Gentile of Sudbury and Lombardo of Billerica move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2200-0100, in line 8, by inserting after “commonwealth” the following: “provided further, that $25,000 shall be expended to enter into an agreement with a not-for-profit organization to operate a water quality monitoring program in the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord rivers”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$29,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$29,025,000”.
