War Memorial

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-1616, by adding at the end thereof the following: “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the installation of the War Memorial in the Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea”.
