Amendment #1275 to H4400

Atlantic White Shark Conservancy

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox, Fernandes of Falmouth, Peake of Provincetown and Whelan of Brewster move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2330-0100, by adding the following:- and provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy for the purchase of real-time receivers; and in said item by striking out the figures “$6,359,735” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- “$6,389,735”.
