Coastal and Marsh Restoration Funding

Mr. Hill of Ipswich moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2330-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: “; provided further, that $75,000 shall be expended for coastal and marsh restoration and revitalization including, but not limited to, the treatment of phragmites and other invasive species; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for a Great Marsh green crab trapping program”; and in said item by striking out the figures “6,359,735” and inserting in place thereof “6,484,735”.
