Amendment #128 to H4400

Lovin' Spoonfuls Food Rescue into Hampden County

Representatives Tosado of Springfield, Ashe of Longmeadow, González of Springfield, Khan of Newton, McMurtry of Dedham, Puppolo of Springfield, Vega of Holyoke, Velis of Westfield and Williams of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2511-0105 by adding at the end the following:

“and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the expansion of Lovin’ Spoonfuls Food Rescue into Hampden County, to provide funds to Lovin’ Spoonfuls, Inc. to begin perishable food delivery operations in Hampden County.”
