Amendment #1283 to H4400

MDAA Opioid Diversion Program

Representatives Cutler of Duxbury, Calter of Kingston, Muratore of Plymouth, Orrall of Lakeville, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Cassidy of Brockton, Diehl of Whitman, Meschino of Hull and Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 0340-0203, by inserting after the words “Massachusetts District Attorney’s Association” the following:-

“;and provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be provided to the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office for Plymouth County’s Project Outreach Initiative to combat opioid addiction”, and further amend the item by striking out the figure “$495,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$595,000”.
