Mr. Wagner of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting after “not later than March 15, 2019” the following:

“; provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for a clean energy economic development grant program in the city of Springfield”;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$163,176” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$313,176”.
