Civil Service

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the police and fire departments of the Massachusetts Port Authority or a state college or university shall be subject to the civil service law in chapter 31 of the General Laws.”
