In-Person EA Application Sites

Representatives Decker of Cambridge, Higgins of Leominster, Lewis of Framingham, Rogers of Cambridge, O'Day of West Boylston, Connolly of Cambridge, Khan of Newton, Garballey of Arlington, O'Connell of Taunton and Ultrino of Malden move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0101, in line 36, by inserting after the word “agency;” the following:

"provided further, department staff shall continue to accept in-person applications in the ten cities and towns with department office locations in use as of January 1, 2018. The department may add additional intake sites geographically convenient to families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness;”.
