Amendment #1317 to H4400

UTEC Inc, Lawrence Adult Youth Programming

Representatives Matias of Lawrence, Moran of Lawrence and DiZoglio of Methuen move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0012, in line 7, by inserting after the words “appropriation continued” the following:-“provided further, that no less than $75,000 be allocated to the UTEC, Inc  for the purposes of expanding comprehensive services  by providing dedicated street outreach, transitional, counseling services, and job training for proven-risk young adults in and from the City of Lawrence”  "$11,500,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- “$11,575,000”
