Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board Clean Energy Job Training Program

Representatives Matias of Lawrence, Moran of Lawrence and DiZoglio of Methuen move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-1080, in line 20, by inserting after the word "care" the following: "provided further, that $100,00 shall be allocated to Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board for the purposes of creating the Clean Energy Occupational Skills Pilot program to train and certify Lawrence unemployed and underemployed individuals to work in the clean energy industry  ." and by striking out the figures "$1,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,100,000"
